Meeting/Pickup Point

For Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, both international and domestic flights, our representative/driver will wait with YOUR NAME on a signboard at Gate 3 on Level 2 (inside the building).

For Bangkok Don Muang Airport international flights, our representative/driver will wait with YOUR NAME on a signboard at Gate 5 in Terminal 1 (inside the building).

For Bangkok Don Muang Airport domestic flights, our representative/driver will wait with YOUR NAME on a signboard at Gate 11 in Terminal 2 (inside the building).

We provide two main types of services

-Private transfers between Hua Hin and Bangkok City (including Don Muang Airport and Suvarnabhumi Airport near Bangkok).

-Private individual day tours around Hua Hin, nearby provinces, and Bangkok.

The price includes air-conditioned vehicle, expressway fee, tollway fee, gasoline used, chauffeur fee, tax and service charge, airport parking fee, and first-class insurance. However, any extra charges will be notified to you before we confirm your booking request.

- A 70% deposit of the total amount is required for round trip transfers.

- For one-way transfers, no deposit is required. You can pay directly to the driver upon arrival at the destination. (We accept cash, QR Payment, and Paypal).

Yes, we provide baby car seats at an extra charge of 200 THB each (for 9-25 kg).

Yes, it is. You can choose where we need to pick you up and where to drop you off. This can be a hotel, restaurant, shop, office, or private house - anything that has an address and can be located on the map. The only condition we have is that there must be parking space available at your pick-up location where the driver can wait for you. If you book the transfer from the airport, then the driver will wait for you inside the airport building and take you to the car afterward.

Yes, our drivers can speak English for communication purposes, but they may not be able to provide detailed tour information.

Since there are no security deposits involved, you are free to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Please inform us at least 1 day before or as soon as possible if you decide to cancel or change your travel date or time.

No, unfortunately, we don't. You can find someone to share the costs for the transfer with the same pick-up place by yourself, and we will be fine with it.

Yes, it is possible that the company may not be able to provide the car type as per the original booking due to technical problems or accidents along the way before meeting the customers. The company will send a better class/category of car for customers without prior notice, and the price will remain the same as discussed (no additional charge). However, in case of downgrading the car type, the price will be collected as per the actual rate of those car types.

Damaged or Lost Luggage / Baggage

Please be advised that in the event your luggage or baggage is broken, damaged, or lost, our company may not be held responsible for the item, except when it is dropped in front of our driver. If such an incident occurs, please notify the driver or our company immediately.

Basically, we can arrange transportation from Bangkok or Hua Hin to other locations in Thailand. Just let us know where you wish to go, and we will give you a quote.

It can be arranged. The extra charge depends on the destination (waiting time up to 1.30-2.30 hours per stop). Stopovers along the way to your destination for sightseeing/shopping are available for an additional 300-1000 Thai Baht. Please make sure to inform us in advance about your intention, and we will instruct our driver accordingly.

Please note that there is a 200-baht extra fee applied to all transfers during the Songkran period (13-16 April) and Christmas/New Year holidays (24.12-07.01). You will be notified about these charges during the booking process. However, any extra charges will be notified to you before we confirm your booking request.

It completely depends on your decision. However, making your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your pick-up time would be great, especially during Thai public holidays.

Once your booking is confirmed, if your pick-up place is the airport, you will be provided with full instructions on how to meet the driver. They will be waiting for you at the meeting point holding a sign with your name on it. If you are traveling from a hotel or condominium, their driver will meet you in the lobby. When the driver arrives, they will contact your hotel's reception desk, and the local staff can assist you in meeting them. If you are staying at a villa inside a gated compound, please make sure to provide them with your villa/house number, and their driver will meet you in front of the house.

It takes at least 3 hours and 45 minutes. However, it can take some extra time (30-60 minutes) if you travel in the evening during peak traffic hours (5-7 pm). Additionally, the highway can be busy on Friday and Sunday evenings. It can take up to 5-6 hours on weekends, long weekends, or public holidays (Songkran or New Year), with an extra 2-3 hours of travel time. Please choose your pick-up time accordingly or ask for our advice if you have to travel to the airport on these days, to ensure you have enough spare time for any delays on the road.

Usually, we recommend leaving Hua Hin at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure. However, on Sunday evening, public holidays, or during the Songkran and New Year periods, it's better to leave 5-6 hours prior at least.

We can drop you off at a restaurant; please let us know about your plans when you make the reservation, and we will instruct our driver accordingly. There is an additional charge for waiting of 300-1000 Thai Baht (including waiting time up to 1.30-2.30 hours per stop).

Our drivers will monitor flight details online, and we will always know if your flight is delayed. However, if you have the opportunity to report to us by email or by phone about changes to your arrival time, we would be thankful for this. Please make sure to inform us in case your flight is canceled or your flight number is changed.

Yes, but there is an extra charge of at least 500 Thai Baht, and your dog or cat must be suitably locked inside a travel crate or bag.
