TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance and pay for 50% deposit of full trip cost once confirmed
- Payment accept Cash and Paypal
- All fares are in Thai Baht, (price is not included toll fee and parking fees, gasoline)
- Pick up and drop off meeting point must be the same place
- Should not drive continuously over more than 4 hours, will take a short break at least 1 hour every 4 hours.
- If the specified working time is exceeded, customers have to pay overtime fee to the driver 200 baht per hour
(fractions of an hour is calculated as 1 hour) and if more than 24.00 hrs, an additional 1 day is charged. - For an overnight stay, the customer has to arrange the accommodation for the driver or pay the extra charge for driver’s accommodation @300 THB/night
- Child seats are available for 9-18 kgs with additional 200 Thai Baht fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation before/within 10 days of travel date, will be fully refunded.
- Cancellation before/within 5 days of travel date, will be refunded half ( 50%) of the deposit.
- Cancellation before/within 3 days of travel date, no refund is issued.
- Reservation that been made less than 24 hours, no refund is issued.

เงื่อนไขและการชำระเงิน :
- กรุณาทำการจองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 -2 วัน และวางมัดจำ 50% ของค่าเช่า
- สามารถชำระค่าบริการเป็นเงินสดและเพย์แพลได้
- ค่าบริการคิดเป็นเงินบาทไทย โดยราคาดังกล่าวจะไม่รวมค่าเชื้อเพลิง ค่าบริการจอดรถ หรือค่าทางด่วน ( ราคานี้รวมค่าประกันภัยรถประเภท 1 เท่านั้น )
- สถานที่รับและส่งจำเป็นต้องเป็นสถานที่เดียวกันเท่านั้น
- การขับรถนอกพื้นที่ไปยังพื้นที่ต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศไทย จะสามารถขับต่อเนื่องได้สูงสุด 4 ชั่วโมง และจำต้องหยุดพักรถอย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมง
- กรณีเกินเวลาทำงานที่กำหนด ลูกค้าต้องจ่ายค่าล่วงเวลาให้แก่พนักงานขับรถ ชั่วโมงละ 200 บาท ( เศษของชั่วโมงคิดเป็น 1 ชั่วโมง ) และหากเกิน 24.00 น. คิดค่าบริการเป็น 1 วัน
- สำหรับกรณีค้างคืน ลูกค้าจะต้องจัดหาที่พักให้คนขับรถหรือจ่ายค่าที่พักให้ 300 บาท/คืน
- เบาะนั่งนิรภัยสำหรับเด็กมีให้บริการ 200 บาทต่อหนึ่งตัว (สำหรับรองรับเด็กที่มีน้ำหนักประมาณ 9-18 กิโลกรัม)
กรณียกเลิกการเดินทาง :
- แจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อนวันเดินทาง 10 วัน คืนเงินค่ามัดจำเต็มจำนวน
- แจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อนวันเดินทาง 5 วัน คืนเงิน 50% ของค่ามัดจำ
- แจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อนวันเดินทาง 3 วัน ขอสวงนสิทธ์ไม่คืนค่ามัดจำทั้งหมด
- หากการจองเกิดขึ้นน้อยกว่า 24 ชั่วโมง และทำการยกเลิกกะทันหัน ขอสงวนสิทธ์ในการคืนเงินมัดจำทั้งหมด
