Yes, it is. You can choose where we need to pick you up and where to drop you off. This can be a hotel, restaurant, shop, office, or private house - anything that has an address and can be located on the map. The only condition we have is that there must be parking space available at your pick-up location where the driver can wait for you. If you book the transfer from the airport, then the driver will wait for you inside the airport building and take you to the car afterward.

Since there are no security deposits involved, you are free to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Please inform us at least 1 day before or as soon as possible if you decide to cancel or change your travel date or time.
No, unfortunately, we don't. You can find someone to share the costs for the transfer with the same pick-up place by yourself, and we will be fine with it.
Yes, it is possible that the company may not be able to provide the car type as per the original booking due to technical problems or accidents along the way before meeting the customers. The company will send a better class/category of car for customers without prior notice, and the price will remain the same as discussed (no additional charge). However, in case of downgrading the car type, the price will be collected as per the actual rate of those car types.
Damaged or Lost Luggage / Baggage
Please be advised that in the event your luggage or baggage is broken, damaged, or lost, our company may not be held responsible for the item, except when it is dropped in front of our driver. If such an incident occurs, please notify the driver or our company immediately.

It can be arranged. The extra charge depends on the destination (waiting time up to 1.30-2.00 hours per stop). Stopovers along the way to your destination for sightseeing/shopping are available for an additional 300-1000 Thai Baht. Please make sure to inform us in advance about your intention, and we will instruct our driver accordingly.

Once your booking is confirmed, if your pick-up place is the airport, you will be provided with full instructions on how to meet the driver. They will be waiting for you at the meeting point holding a sign with your name on it. If you are traveling from a hotel or condominium, their driver will meet you in the lobby. When the driver arrives, they will contact your hotel's reception desk, and the local staff can assist you in meeting them. If you are staying at a villa inside a gated compound, please make sure to provide them with your villa/house number, and their driver will meet you in front of the house.
It takes at least 3 hours and 45 minutes. However, it can take some extra time (30-60 minutes) if you travel in the evening during peak traffic hours (5-7 pm). Additionally, the highway can be busy on Friday and Sunday evenings. It can take up to 5-6 hours on weekends, long weekends, or public holidays (Songkran or New Year), with an extra 2-3 hours of travel time. Please choose your pick-up time accordingly or ask for our advice if you have to travel to the airport on these days, to ensure you have enough spare time for any delays on the road.
Usually, we recommend leaving Hua Hin at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure. However, on Sunday evening, public holidays, or during the Songkran and New Year periods, it's better to leave 5-6 hours prior at least.
