Yes, it is. You choose where we need to pick you up and where to drop you. It can be a hotel, restaurant, shop, office, and private house – anything that has an address and can be located on the map. The only condition we have, please make sure that there is parking space available at your pick up location where the driver can wait for you. If you book the transfer from the airport, then the driver will wait for you inside the airport building and take you to the car afterward.

Since there are no security deposits involved, you are free to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Please inform us at least 1 day before or as soon as possible if you decide to cancel or change your traveling date or time.
No, unfortunately, we don’t. You can find someone to share the costs for the transfer with the same pick up place by yourself and we will be fine for it.
Yes, It is possible that the company is not able to send the car type as per the original booking due to some technical problems or accidents along the way before meeting the customers.
The company will send better class/categories of car for customers without prior notice, however price will remain the same as discussed ( NOT CHARGE MORE). On the other hand in case of downgrading car type, the price will be collected as per the actual rate of those car types.

That there is 200-baht extra fee apply to all transfers during Songkran period (13-16 April) and Christmas/New Year holidays (24.12-07.01). You will be notified about these charges during booking process. However, you will be notified about any extra charges before we confirm your booking request.
It is completely depends on your decision. However, if you have made your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your pick up time would be great (especially during Thai public holidays).
Once your booking confirmed, if your pick up place is the airport. You will be provided full instructions on how to meet the driver. He will be waiting for you at the meeting point holding the Sign with Your Name on it.
If you are traveling from the hotel or condominium then our driver will meet you at the lobby.

At least 3 hours 45 minutes. It can take some extra time (30-60 minutes) if you travel in the evening during traffic peak hours ( 5-7 pm.).
Also, it can be busy on the highway on Friday’s and Sunday’s evening.
It can take up to 5-6 hours if it is on weekends, long weekends, or public holidays ( Songkran or New Year) the traveling time between Bangkok and Hua Hin can take extra 2-3 hours.

Usually, we recommend leaving Hua Hin at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure. On Sunday evening, public holiday or Songkran and New Year period better to leave 5-6 hours at least prior.
